JustynLove: Friendship with the Kissing Booths

Lia "my girl" Marsh, now Lia "still my girl" Booth
One of my best friends married a very funny, smart, creative and talented young man. She herself, amazingly talented, was as beautiful as ever as I watched from afar. To be completely honest, I walked in late... I know, :/ but I came from work and there was traffic. (Especially heading East to Riverside at around 3pm) Excuses aside, I missed the bridal march, but I made it just in time for the part where they combine the two sands into one as the live band and guest singer performed "My Funny Valentine." I didn't miss the vows though! I was so glad I made it for the vows. Cameron and Lia promised personal vows and you could see how much they loved each other as they smiled brightly the entire time.

The wedding was held at a house in Riverside. I had heard prior to the wedding that they had invited over 200+ people to the big event. I didn't believe it at first, but then I got there and I was convinced. The backyard was huge. It could fit probably two full sized swimming pools. It was pretty deceiving though, you wouldn't be able to tell from the front. After the ceremony, I found my friends quickly as we waited for the reception tables to be set. And as soon as I saw them, they didn't hesitate to point out my lack of punctuality. They had saved a seat for me, so it was pretty obvious that I was late. There was a large group of us, almost 20 out of the 200, that commandeered two adjacent tables from Mt. Sac. This included  my choir director Bruce Rogers and his wife as well as our accompanist Pro and his. We were all happy to sit and enjoy the evening together and celebrate our friends. We shared jokes and laughs with witty remarks and I finally got to meet baby Nathaniel! I love this baby. Overall, it was a great night spent with my Mt. Sac family. Congrats Mr. And Mrs. Booth! =D
